MEET THE SPEAKER

Tamsin
Slatter

Director of Customer Experience
Vectorworks, Inc.

Tamsin Slatter brings a wealth of sales and training experience to her role as Sales Enablement Director for Vectorworks. Slatter has worked for renowned companies such as IBM and Oracle, where she held various positions in tech support, training, pre-sales, and product management, and was a specialist in customer relationship management software when CRM was in its infancy. Slatter’s passion for technology took a turn when she decided to pursue landscape design and boldly retrained in the field in 2003. She found Vectorworks Landmark and fell in love with its capabilities and potential, prompting a new venture. Setting up her own business, she started selling Vectorworks and providing training to customers. Her dedication to the software led her to write not just one but seven books on Vectorworks, in addition to numerous Getting Started Guides, becoming a respected authority in the industry and helping beginners navigate the software.

Slatter grew the company, expanding to a team of ten before it was officially acquired by Vectorworks, Inc. in 2017. Previously serving as the customer success director for the U.K., Slatter has taken on sales enablement for all direct markets and is still in love with the software 18 years later.
